Providing Drug and Alcohol Evaluations/Counseling Services to youth ages 11-17 and their families. Emphasis towards youth involved in the Criminal Justice and Human Services Systems. Able to conduct evaluations in the home as well as travel to facilities to complete evaluations. Can provide phone Case Consultation “At no cost” to determine if youth may be in need of drug and alcohol services. Offering in-home substance abuse counseling to include individual and/or family counseling. Substance abuse counseling/Intervention provides mentoring, support and relaspe prevention skills to the youth who is at risk. Substance abuse counseling also provides intervention techniques to assist the family when faced with the abuse of substances by the youth which has subsequently led to acting out behaviors. Treating substance use at it’s onset is critical in preventing and reinforcing abstinence. Type of service is based on the needs of the individual/family.
